Please read this information to understand how my shop works:
SHIPPING TIME (without tracking number)
- Spain: 1-2 weeks
- Europe: 1-4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-6 weeks
SHIPPING
- By default shipments are made without tracking number. If you want to add this service to have more security in your order (recommended in orders over 30€) you can hire it in the same page of my store located in the section: "Certified shipping".
- Certified shipments include a tracking number to know the status of your package at all times.
CONDITIONS
- If a package is lost and does not have a tracking number, I am not responsible for the loss. The person may choose to place the order again and pay all the corresponding costs.
- If your package gets lost and the shipping company returns the envelope to me, the buyer must pay ONLY the shipping costs in case he still wishes to receive it. I will notify the buyer by email in case this happens
- I don't make refunds.
- I advise you to be in contact with your nearest shipping office to have news of your order.
If you change your home, you can request to change the address information on your order, but only if your package has not been shipped. To do so, please check that you have not received a shipping notification on your order. If so, you will not be able to make any changes.
